Anita Barone
Barone played in The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld's fourth season as Gail Cunningham, a chef that wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was part of the cast for the television show Carol & Company in early 1990, along with the actress Carol Burnett. Barone was the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the initial Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends for a job which required longer time. Barone was a guest in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995 to 1996), and then in The War at Home in 2005 until the year 2007. Barone also appeared in Daddio the sitcom which was aired from 2000. The credits on her television show comprise Desperate Women, Curb Your Exuberance Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004 Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in feature film One Last Ride. Barone is a regular character of Shake It Up on Disney Channel that began the following year, three years after The War at Home had been completed. In this role she portrays officer Georgia Jones who is the mother of CeCe Jones played by Bella Thorne. Barone's husband actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone.
